Yes — that's how most customers buy. Start with one high-value process, prove the ROI, then add sales orders, reconciliation, onboarding, or QM on the same platform. Multi-process bundles are discounted, and adding a process doesn't mean a new tool or a new integration.

SAP deployments vary by process, transaction volume, landscape (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP), workflow, security, SLA, and implementation needs. We price your actual scope so a focused single-process deployment is not priced like a high-volume, multi-entity rollout. Most customers receive a commercial proposal shortly after discovery.
What's included in implementation?
Your proposal can include SAP connection, process discovery, AI configuration, a parallel pilot, user training, and go-live support. A standard API-enabled process can typically go live in approximately four weeks. Timing and included services are confirmed during discovery.
Can Artificio provide SAP resources such as ABAP, BASIS, functional consultants, and testers?
Yes. Artificio can provide experienced SAP ABAP developers, BASIS specialists, functional consultants, and testers when your project requires additional SAP-side support. Any custom development, configuration, or other work needed within SAP is scoped and priced separately based on its complexity, effort, and project requirements.
Do you charge extra for the SAP connection?
No. Standard SAP posting through supported OData, BAPI, and RFC interfaces is core to the platform, not a separate integration add-on. If your SAP environment requires custom ABAP development, configuration, or other SAP-side services, Artificio can provide those resources under a separately scoped engagement.
Is there a pilot or trial?
Yes. Enterprise buyers can begin with a paid, scoped pilot using agreed documents, validations, and a sandbox posting scenario. A separate self-service document AI experience is available to evaluate extraction and SAP-ready output without connecting SAP.
What happens if our volume grows?
Volume bands scale with you. If you consistently run above your band we'll move you to the next one — no surprise per-page overage math mid-month.
Can we purchase through a PO and standard procurement?
Yes. Artificio supports annual contracts, purchase orders, and standard enterprise procurement and security review processes. Commercial terms and any annual commitment benefits are included in your proposal.
